This guy was prompt, professional and eager to educate me on my AC system. He explained things very simply without losing me. He fixed my unit and checked for other problems quickly. He was there for maybe 30 minutes, then gone. I feel more knowledgeable now about my system.
I trust these guys 100%

I've had one bad experience after another with air conditioning companies. Everyone I've ever called has showed up to the house, looked at the unit, talked to me in technical jibberish and charged me hundreds of $$$. Ron from All Seasons came out and looked at my unit, but he actually showed me what he was talking about and explained things so that I understood what was going on. He gave me options and possible timelines for things to happen so I could make my own decision about the work. I didn't feel pressured to choose the most expensive option available. I'm completely satisfied with All Seasons Comfort.

When given the price of a new HVAC system, most people cringe and wonder if they have to use a big chunk of their life savings to pay for it, or sell one of their cars. While it's true that an HVAC system can cost a lot of money, it's also true that there are many options to choose from to help pay for your new system (or major repair).
Home Equity Loan - If you have a significant portion of your home paid off, you can approach the bank for a home equity loan to help pay for your new unit. Since a new air conditioning system will be part of your home, it may be a good idea to include it with your mortgage payment.
Non Secured Loan - This is a signature loan. That means you're not putting any collateral up for the money you are borrowing. It's a loan based on your credit history. One is better off to have three conditions met before approaching a lender for an unsecured loan:
1) Have a pristine credit history.
2) Have a large enough trackable income for the lender to justify loaning the money.
3) Have a long term relationship with the lending institution.
In House Financing - We have recently discontinued our relationship with the company we were offering financing through. We learned that their interest rates have shot through the roof, and they were charging a huge service charge to All Seasons Comfort which we had to in turn, forward to our customers. It had such an impact on our pricing that we decided not to continue our relationship with them. Afterall, who wants to have one price quoted, then find out you have to pay 28% more for a new air conditioning unit installation?
